Analyze Your Research Strategy, a tutorial available on the Portland State University Library website, has been reviewed by and accepted into the American Library Association (ALA) Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Instruction Section’s Peer-Reviewed Instructional Materials Online (PRIMO) project and added to the PRIMO database.
According to the PRIMO Committee,
“PRIMO … promotes and shares peer-reviewed instructional materials created by librarians to teach people about discovering, accessing and evaluating information in networked environments. The PRIMO Committee hopes that publicizing selective, high quality resources will help librarians to respond to the educational challenges posed by still emerging digital technologies.”
Analyze Your Research Strategy is a research skills tutorial that, along with four other tutorials, was originally developed by former PSU librarian Meredith Farkas in 2014. In 2015, librarians Kim Willson-St. Clair and Claudia Irla revised the tutorials significantly as part of the reTHINK PSU Provost’s Challenge.
Congratulations to our librarians on their hard work and the recognition of their accomplishments!
