This June, Portland State University Library celebrates Pride Month by featuring books that exemplify diversity in identity and expression. From classics to contemporaries, poetry to nonfiction, the global authors represented in this collection of e-books write from a wealth of queer, trans, and non-conforming positionalities and experiences that are powerfully informed by race, class, ability, size, status, age, and other factors. We invite you to explore this collection of narratives and scholarship that enrich our historical, political, socio-cultural, aesthetic, and future understandings and (re)imaginings of survival, community, and resistance.
