New Exhibit for Fall 2022

The Library is excited to announce our newest exhibit for Fall 2022! Entitled “An Urgent Appeal: Coalition Activism in Response to Oregon’s Ballot Measure 9” and curated by PSU Library Special Collections & University Archives staff in partnership with the Gay & Lesbian Archives of the Pacific Northwest, “An Urgent Appeal” presents primary materials related to intersectional community organizing on campus and throughout Oregon that contributed to the defeat of the 1992 ballot measure that explicitly sought to prohibit education, expression, and civil rights protections related to sexuality and gender within Oregon’s Constitution, public schools, and offices of government. 

On display in the first floor elevator lobby of PSU Library (1825 SW Park Ave) through December 9th, 2022.
