Art and Social Practice archive materials on display in the LibraryLoose Body: A Survey of Ephemera from the Art and Social Practice Archive

Part of PSU Library Special Collections & University Archives, the Art and Social Practice Archive was founded in 2018 in collaboration with the PSU Art and Social Practice MFA program and is the first public archive dedicated to socially engaged art ephemera.

Housing physical and digital materials including posters, publications, zines, videos, sketches, and other materials from past and ongoing projects, this collection documents social, collaborative, and community-based work by artists connected to the Art and Social Practice at PSU, as well as to local, national, and international artist projects.

Located in the exhibit cases in the first floor elevator lobby of PSU Library, a collaboratively-curated exhibit of materials from the Art and Social Practice Archive will be on display from January 3rd through March 19th.
