Computing in the Library
The general public may use the Library Resource Computers (kiosks) located throughout the Library.
Interlibrary Loan-ILLiad
Portland State Library cannot make interlibrary loan services available to the General Public, Friends of the Library, or Summit Affiliates due to the costs involved. Inquire with the interlibrary loan department of your local public library or Summit Library about their services to get the materials you need.
Off-Campus Access to Electronic Resources
Portland State Library licenses most of its electronic resources and therefore cannot contractually make them available off-campus to non-PSU affiliates. However, everyone is welcome to access these resources while inside the Library on-campus, by using the Library Resource Computers (kiosks) located throughout the Library.

If you would like to checkout materials, please visit the Circulation web page for details about purchasing checkout privileges.
