Reserving a Room
- Check-out key at Circulation Counter, 1st floor Millar Library
- Present current PSU ID
- First Come, First Served

Conditions of Use
- PSU Library is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen in viewing rooms
- Keys are the property of PSU Library and must remain in the library
- Before using a viewing room, please report any damage to Circulation
- No food is allowed; beverages in spill-proof containers are permitted
Viewing Rooms Fines
Late key return fines:
- $1/hour for first hour
- $.25/hour after first hour late
- $20 maximum
- NO CAP ON FINES
- Blocked library privileges until returned
Lost keys fines:
- $100
- Plus any accrued fines
- Non-refundable $20 service charge
