Help the Library improve our website!
Usability refers to how well our website works to allow you to quickly and easily achieve your goals. Your feedback is essential. We want to design web pages and online systems with you at the center of our design, and we want to understand how to make improvements based on your experience.
What to expect:
Arrive a few minutes early at room 284 (Second Floor Map). Meet Sherry Buchanan, Content & Usability Strategist. We will record your voice and the computer screen as you "think out loud" while completing tasks on our website. As an incentive, we offer a $15 gift card for Starbucks for your one hour commitment. (One incentive per calendar year.)
