Usability Testing at The Library

“When I’m working on a problem, I never think about beauty. I think only how to solve the problem. But when I have finished, if the solution is not beautiful, I know it is wrong.”
– R. Buckminster Fuller

Help the Library improve our website!

Usability refers to how well our website works to allow you to quickly and easily achieve your goals. Your feedback is essential. We want to design web pages and online systems with you at the center of our design, and we want to understand how to make improvements based on your experience.

What to expect:

Arrive a few minutes early at room 220J (Second Floor Map). Meet Sherry Buchanan, Content & Usability Strategist. We will record your voice and the computer screen as you "think out loud" while completing tasks on our website. As an incentive, we offer a $5 gift card for Starbucks for your 30-40 minute commitment. (One incentive per calendar year.)
