Sharing and Syncing
Accessing your Library from Multiple Computers
Zotero allows you to sync your library, including all your notes and attachments, between multiple computers.
To set up Zotero syncing:
open the Zotero Preferences:

On the Syc tab of the preferences, you will see a place to enter your Zotero usename and password. If you don't have an account yet, click Create Account.
Select Sync Automatically, Sync attachment files in My Library using Zotero, and Sync attachment files in group libraries using Zotero storage.
Once you have synching set up on 2 or more computers, select the Sync with Zotero Server icon to update Zotero. This will bring in any new citations or changes to your library made on other computers.
(Note that the free Zotero file sorage is limited to 100MB. If you need to share a lot of attachments you may have to look into some of the other storage options.)
