Sometimes you may want to add a resource but it isn't automatically recognized by Zotero (no reference icon appears in the address bar). In that case...

  • Select the Create New Item from Current Page icon.

  • Zotero will try to detect and fill in as much information as it can, but you will probably need to add additional details.

  • Zotero will also save a snapshot of the site on your computer. You can view the archived version by clicking View Snapshot.
