To create persistent links to articles in SpringerLink, follow these steps:

• Select the article from the result list

• Select "Linking Options" on the left of the page

• Use any of the provided links based on your preference, and copy the URL

• Attach the proxy prefix:

http://stats.lib.pdx.edu/proxy.php?url=

**This provides access to the abstract page. Full-text options are located on the lower right of the page.

The persistent link you provide will have the following format, without any spaces:

http://stats.lib.pdx.edu/proxy.php?url=http://search.epnet.com/login.aspx?=&db=&an=17518
