Note: Usage of RIA Checkpoint is limited solely to research connected with or related to teaching, academic, or other scholarly activities. Under no circumstances may such usage be of a commercial nature. Use of RIA Checkpoint is limited to PSU students, faculty and staff.

Getting Started

1. You will need to be using a computer on the PSU campus to first establish your RIA Checkpoint account. (After you have set up your account, you may login to RIA Checkpoint from anywhere.)

2. First-time registrants will log on to Checkpoint at http://www.riahome.com/cploginids from a PSU campus computer.

3. Once at the registration site, simply provide your first name, last name and e-mail address, and then click "Submit Form." Within minutes, you should receive an e-mail containing Checkpoint access information, including a User Name, Password, some basic instructions, and technical support information.

4. Your User Name and Password ensure that your customized version of Checkpoint is truly unique, e.g. retaining your saved searches and use history (which identifies locations of previously found solutions or answers, etc.).

5. Log into RIA Checkpoint at http://www.riacheckpoint.com with your User name and Password.
