Instruction
- Classroom instruction sessions, drop-in workshops, orientation presentations, etc.
Collection Development
- Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, and Child & Family Studies
- Acquisition in all media, encompassing all major areas of study within each discipline; library liaison to departments and programs
- Domestic newspapers collection development responsibility
Assessment
- Develop robust assessment program to include: usability, focus groups, local online surveys, and LibQUAL+
- Inventory and archive existing data sets

- Google Custom Search Engine Development for Social & Behavioral Research Data

- Online User Interface Team: continue to develop and refine Library's website; content coordinator for select webpages; website accessibility issues
