Microfilm is located on the southwest side of the library. All microfilm items are shelved by call number. You will need to look up the title in the catalog (ViKat) and get the call number before you can retrieve the microfilm.

(See 3rd Floor Map). Four microfilm/microfiche reader-printers are available on the third floor. One accepts either coins or copy cards. Three accept copy cards only. If you need assistance with the reader-printers, you can try knocking on the door to room 384. If there is no answer, take your material downstairs to the Reference Desk, 2nd floor. There is a reader-printer which uses coins or copy cards on the second floor.

The microcard cabinets are located by the windows in the southwest corner of the library. There are also some special microcard sets which are filed in red boxes located on the shelves along the south wall of the microfilm area. All microcards are shelved by call number. You will need to look up the title in the catalog (ViKat) and get the call number before you can retrieve the microcard.

The microfiche/microfilm reader-printers cannot read microcards. There is one microcard reader in the library, located by the windows on the west side of the microfiche area. We do not have any way to print material on microcard.

There are some indexes to special microform sets. They are located on the shelves to the south of the microfilm area. They are shelved by call number.
