We make improvements with the information we receive from Library patrons. The Library receives qualitative and quantitative data from our users in many different ways: at service points, via the online suggestion form, from LibQUAL+® surveys, from the Faculty Senate Library Committee, through regular visits with student ambassadors, and through Usability Testing.
