Workshops, Tours, & Classes
The PSU Library provides many workshops, tours, & library instruction classes throughout every term.

Research Workshops and Classes
These research workshops and classes cover many topics, ranging from basic introductory sessions to advanced research techniques. View the Library's calendar for scheduled sessions and descriptions: Calendar of research workshops and classes.
Library Tours
Take a guided tour of the library and learn about the different services and facilities that are available to help you with research. Please call (503) 725-4424 to make an appointment with Bronwyn Dorhofer. Tours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Library Tours begin at the first-floor circulation desk.
Library Instruction for Courses
The Library encourages Portland State faculty and other classroom instructors to schedule a library session tailored to a specific course or assignment. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Sharon Elteto, Library Instruction Coordinator, or you may contact your discipline's assigned subject librarian to arrange for library instructional sessions and/or individual consultations about library resources for courses.
