Who is a Distance Education Student?
PSU Library offers full-scale access to its resources to off campus students who live at least 30 miles from PSU campus and are taking an online, partially online or televised course. Students pursuing graduate degrees but not currently registered will receive Interlibrary Loan privileges; those living more than 30 miles from campus will also be eligible for document delivery services from our collection. A letter from the department will be required to confirm that a degree is being pursued and indicating an intended graduation date.
